First Impressions Painting went above and beyond with the painting of the interior of my home. We were in the middle of a major remodel and just had new hardwoods, countertops, etc. installed. They took great care in ensuring all surrounding areas stayed pristine. Derek, the owner, is a perfectionist. He does high quality work and inspects all work completed by others in his crew. I was able to show him pictures of what I wanted completed in my entry way and they did an AMAZING job! Highly recommend!

I didn’t end up doing the painting work but I appreciated his honesty and flexibility in the consult part as I was trying to figure out what we could do and afford before selling our house.

Typically, I don’t make the time, or there may be some negative moment that causes me to just not say anything. Never want to hurt anyone’s living. Strangely, I learned about First Impressions Painting after my original painter was running behind and unable to complete the job (due to pre-scheduled vacation plans). Our entire family was to arrive in 3 days and the house was only halfway finished, while all our furniture remained piled high in the garage. Now, we found ourselves at the mercy of relying on an unknown painter. I began contacting different companies to explain the situation we were facing when I discovered Derek's company. As soon as I heard Derek's calm responses and his willingness to help us, I knew I had the right team. He was able to shift his current job for to work us in. That same afternoon, Derek gave us a fair bid, to begin work the next morning. They were all personable, trustworthy, and very hard-working completing the entire job hours before family arrived. As I have worked with tons of contractors throughout our 18 mos. of remodelling, I braced myself for the typical, hidden, financial costs that get added on later. Nope! What we had agreed upon matched the final bill. Refreshing! With warm weather approaching, and our exterior painting to consider, we will definitely contact First Impressions Painting again.
