The work Nick did on our home today was literally life-saving (major fire-hazards found). For almost a year we have had issues with no power in certain lights. With multiple people looking at it no one could figure it out. Nick stayed 8+ hours working on the issue & resolved it all in a day. We could not be more happier & thankful. Had a ceiling fan go out in the master bathroom. We determined there was some additional electrical work that needed to be done in the attic due to some wire damage. PDX Top Finishes did a through job and cleaned up well after too. I was very pleased with their service and would hire them again.

The service technician and his dispatcher are amazing. True professional people. Kindness goes a long way. My “little” problem turned out to be very serious. My tech was quick to find the problem, provided pictures, and advised what the cause and concern was in layman’s terms, none of the technical jargon that you don’t understand. The dispatcher was as amazing as the tech. Nice, compassionate, honest, friendly. The expressed concern for our safety was a shock. This vendor is clearly a true example of “Customer First”. Stop scrolling, this is the organization you want to handle your electric needs. I will be using this firm from now on!

Thank you PDX Top Finishes! I was out of state yesterday when I was informed that the outlet in our bathroom started to overheat and smoke. As a firefighter, I started to panic and envisioned my house burning up, so I started calling firefighters and contractors that I know. Unable to reach anyone the day after Thanksgiving, I remembered that a neighbor had just mentioned Thumbtack, so I downloaded the app and started looking for bids. Within minutes, PDX Top Finishes called and started setting up an appointment, and within 90 minutes they were able to diagnose the problem and send an estimate. I honestly expected to get hit with a huge bill that I had to accept for safety reasons, but this was not the case. Ralph walked me through the best and worst case scenarios and, in the end, things worked out perfectly, as they were able to replace the wiring without damaging the Sheetrock at a price that was about half of what I expected to pay! Thank you Ralph!
