Ralph was very responsive – getting a hold of me immediately and finding time in their schedule for electrician to come by. It ended up being a much smaller issue that a handyman could do so I didn’t end up needing to book them, but he was still so thoughtful and communicative the whole time. I can see why he gets great reviews here and would consider him for actually bigger job in the future.
