You want a friendly notary with experience, someone that will get the job done right the first time. I’ve been doing notary public work since 1983, when I was working in the Title Insurance and Escrow industry. I try to keep my notary schedule flexible, making it easy to help with same day request. I usually go to hospitals, nursing homes, private homes, restaurants etc., to meet with clients. I can even work evenings and weekends if needed. In Oregon they set one of our fees at $10. per signature notarized. A notary then is allowed to charge a service fee, which includes their time and travel. This fee is negotiable depending on how many documents need notarized. Please call to schedule a time and place to meet. I will need to see the signers government issued picture ID. Otherwise ask me about using a credible witnesses ID to verify the signers identity.
