What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I am constantly taking courses through programs like Coursera and HarvardX. I also use other open-courseware options through university websites and iTunes or Youtube University, as well as Khan Academy.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I tutored a lot in college, and helped out in the student writing center to assist students who needed help with essays. There will always be a need for fantastic tutors, because there will always be students who need help.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I'll usually have phone or Skype conversations in which I'm available to answer questions, explain things, and describe things. I'll go step-by-step through I also use flashcards with Skype and provide quizzes and other instructional material via Google Documents.
