- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to help clients complete estate planning on a flat rate basis. During our initial appointment, we work to provide clients the fee estimate so clients know and understand how much the process will cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It is important to discuss the clients' goals and motivation for estate planning. We like to get to know the client and their family and determine the scope of work and whether or not we can assist in achieving their goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
13 years of practice, most of those years dedicated to estate planning or some adjacent area of law.
