Introduction: Rockin Daves Bagel Bistro & Catering is Bend's only made from "scratch" deli: house smoked meats, New York style boiled bagels, soups, and yes, even the pickles! Both Daves have graduated from culinary school and love to create fantastic, custom meals. We use Carlton Farms pork and our beef comes from the Northwest. When possible, we use local, organic fruits and vegetables. Our catering department loves to create unforgetable meals, big or small and once again, all from "scratch"!
