- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a minimum of $125. For this amount I will clean up to 4 rooms or about 1000 sq. ft. Any additional rooms are $30 more. And I do not charge more for dirtier than expected carpet or stains.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I asked the client about the size and condition of the carpet to be cleaned. I offer them a quote immediately over the phone. This is a quote they can count on an I will not change it unless I do more work for the customer or if the carpet is much dirtier than the customer implied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was trained by Rotovac to clean carpets and use the machines as expected to create an excellent final cleaned product.
