- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When doing your bid we will ensure we outline all the necessary details and cost so you're not surprised with any "unexpected" expenses. We pride ourselves on giving our clients honest, comitative and accurate estimations. We also offer payment plans, multiple project discounts and loyalty discounts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With over 20 years experience in the customer service field, client satisfaction is our highest priority. It's important to us that when we're building a new relationship, people feel comfortable and confident in working with us. Our company is smaller and very hands on. We will walk with you through every step of the process to ensure you are involved in all the important decision making and details of your project. We never leave a project unfinished or a client unhappy.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has an array of talents and skills that have been acquired over the last 10 years. The main owner Eli was raised in the construction world as his father owned a successful construction company in Hawaii. All employees and sub contractors are carefully vetted and their work is always overlooked by one of the owners.
