Introduction: I provide: Private or Group Lessons, Catering Large and Small, Menu Development, Commercial Kitchen Design, Meals for the Week or Holiday Meals for the Family. I have been in the culinary world all my life. I started as a hostess at 14 years old, and have worked every position in restaurants there is. I have even owned my own restaurant. I graduated from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco in 1994. Since then, I have been cooking and honing my skills and knowledge in many different cuisines. I have worked in fine dining establishments, Thai, sushi, bakeries, delis, coffee houses, and have been cooking for corporate accounts like Cisco Systems, VMware, and Intel for 8 years. I most recently returned to fine dining and moved to Bend, Oregon. I LOVE to teach people and my employees different techniques, flavors and recipes. I have had great success with seeing my many sous chefs become chefs in their own right, and have been responsible for large accounts, catering and successful restaurants.

Chef Ingrid is incredible! I've been eating her food for years now and I love it so much! Every time I go to Bend I have to eat her food. I could not recommend her enough!
