- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before agreeing to take on a new client, I talk with them to find out more about their business and get an idea of the areas they need our help. After our initial meeting/ phone call, I audit their existing online and social media presence and create a strategy personalized to their business. This strategy is full of individualized recommendations and information.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I took an indirect path to marketing. I have always been passionate about building people's businesses and absolutely loved customer service. My younger years were spent in retail sales, and I was very successful and earned several promotions. As life's journey progressed and I eventually had my own business, I really started to see the gaps between small business and the availability of a marketing professional that also had a skill set in web design, and I sought to fill this void.

Our clients come from various industries and backgrounds. It is our job to learn about their individual business and industry so that we can meet their needs and go to work for them. So, whether you're a sandwich shop or a mechanical engineer, or anything in between, we can help your business.
