Introduction: My spiritual life coaching sessions provide you an opportunity in a safe and nonjudgmental environment, to cultivate a more loving relationship with yourself, a more fulfilling and sincere relationship with others, and help guide you to a deeper experience and connection with a “God” of your own understanding. I offers solutions and tools to help you live a more joyous, loving, connected, and conscious life. A way to help you transform and heal from the inside out, which will give you a happiness, a joy, and a peace, that is unconditional, and yours for the choosing. As your coach I will help you identify any negative thought patterns and mind sets, self judgment and fault finding habits, and give you tools to replace them with positive thought patterns and self loving and compassionate habits. I will help you develop a daily meditation practice, setting a realistic goal for you to have success. I began at 5 minutes a day because I couldn't sit still any longer. As time went on, I gradually lengthened my time to 30 minutes morning and night, and the longer I meditated, the deeper I went. I have been meditating now for over 30 years, and it has changed my life. I love guiding my clients to the truth inside of themselves, helping them develop a daily meditation practice, and giving them the tools they need to transmute their fears into courage and faith, doubts into trust, anger and resentments into forgiveness, judgments into compassion, restlessness into peace, and conditional love into unconditional love. Nothing compares to helping another human being  transform their life and cultivate a spiritual practice that leads them to becoming their greatest self. My book,“Silent M.a.g.i.c. and Other Remedies”, is an award-winning finalist in the self-help motivational category of the 2010 International Book Awards. Kim provided me with excellent Spiritual Coaching. She guided me through the daily process of becoming more disciplined in the practice of daily Meditation. She also provided me with life coaching that supported me through challenging moments in my life, helping form personal habits that allow me to be my best self. She taught me how to choose faith over fear and compassionate communication over anger and anguish. These lessons are invaluable, and I carry them with me always because of Kim's guidance.

"I started taking private mediation classes with Kim three years ago. I look back on that time as if it were a dim room. I had been in a teaching for years, but had gotten stuck, and was living under a weight that had me to my knees. The possibility of freedom felt so remote to me. I remember asking her, “But how? I feel like it will take forever.” Kim took my hand and walked me into the hall. She shut all the doors and it was pitch black in there. Then she said, “Turn on the light.” I did. I've been working with Kim for two plus years. In addition to helping me begin a meditation practice, she's helping me understand my fears, and how I let them run my life and instead, how I can learn to accept them, face them and make better choices and decisions despite them. It's not easy and I'm not always good at catching myself. I never feel judged and she never makes me feel badly. Quite the contrary. Kim encourages me to be my best self. Diane P.

Working with Kim one-on-one has helped me to stay consistent with meditation for 7 years now and to also see how my meditation practice gives me room to make real change in my behavior and in my emotional life. All I’ve ever wanted is to be happy. And yes, the truth is that I only have to CHOOSE to be happy. But the tools to actually do that eluded me until Kim showed me how. It all starts with awareness, and that is what meditation gives me. But that is the beginning. What I can do with that awareness is LIMITLESS! Kim's guidance has helped me to look at life through a new lens so that I am always empowered and I am free from resentments. I was fortunate enough to be introduced to Kim through a mutual friend who had been living the benefits of working with her. In the past year, she has helped me realize the truths that were present all the time, if only I had calmed myself enough to recognize them. I’ve learned to practice staying in the present, understanding the spiritual principle behind all things. She’s helped me reduce my stress by minimizing the need for control and learning to let things go. Since working with Kim, I’m better able to deal with the inevitable curve balls that life throws my way, living a more joyous and compassionate life.
