What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have no hidden fees and offer a discounted rate for those affected by the North County fires of 2017. We do our best to build projects in line with your budget.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We generally conduct an on-site consultation for our Interior Design and Custom Metalwork services. We enjoy hearing your ideas and collaborating to create a detailed plan that the client will be happy with, then we are able to provide a quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Tim has worked with many different tradesmen over the years picking up an extensive and well-rounded education in construction. He attended the welding program at Santa Rosa Junior College and completed two in-depth apprenticeships. Celeste has always been inclined towards the creative and holds a degree in Interior Design. She is as passionate as she is diligent in her work.
