- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Appliance repair domestic brands is a flat rate of $129.00 plus parts. If for some reason you decide not to have the appliance repaired we only charge $69.00 for the diagnose of your appliance issue. (Frigidaire, Whirlpool, Kenmore, KitchenAid, Maytag, Magic Chef, G.E, Admiral and Hot Point) Import brand appliance repair is a flat rate of $139.00 plus parts, Diagnose is still just $69.00. - What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Try and have your make and model number of your appliance before placing your service repair phone call. Providing this information will greatly increase the likelihood of getting your appliance repaired the same day the technician come to your house. If you can not find the model # give us a call and we would be happy to help you locate it.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Most appliance technicians have a deep desire to help there customers. Keep in mind there are those out there that work on a commission base system, even most hourly employees get bonus incentives for up selling your service call. Only purchase things you know you need, water filters, washer water lines ect. We do not sell you the customer unnecessary parts you do not need! Honesty and integrity is the foundation of our business model.
