Communications with the C&V Roofing team (Angel & Karen) were great! This was the only company willing to prioritize my job and get my roof replaced within 2 weeks of my bid. I had discovered a leak, which is obviously worrisome with this horrible rainy season approaching. They were efficient with their work and offered a roofrepair bid as well as a full replacement bid. The bids were both extremely fair and I decided to go with the full roof replacement as Angel crawled into my attic as well as on my roof during the estimate and showed me footage, fully explaining his concerns with proof of video. Three other companies who cane to give me a bid did not even ASK to go into my attic space, which is where 90% of the issues could be clearly seen!! Nor did the other companies show me shingle photos nor footage of roof inspection. For the price point, quality product, workmanship and efficiency I was thrilled!! I will definitely recommend C&V to all my neighbors and friends. ***5-STARS!!!!***

Problem Solvers for a Complex Roofing Nightmare - C&V Roofing Exceeded Expectations!We recently had our roof replaced by C&V Roofing, and to say we are impressed would be an understatement. We weren't just looking for a roofer; we needed a team of problem solvers to tackle a significant mess left behind by the original builder and two subsequent roofing companies before we purchased our Lake Oswego home.
The bidding process itself was revealing. We obtained nine bids from five different roofing companies in the area. While many bids seemed to include the notorious "Lake Oswego upcharge," C&V Roofing delivered a thorough, detailed, and cost-effective proposal. Their salesman was exceptionally responsive, promptly answering all our questions with more than enough information to help us make an informed decision. He walked us through the differences in shingle types, explained warranty details, and discussed long-term durability – a truly detailed and educational process.
Our primary concern was finding a roofer who could definitively solve the persistent issues created by the previous shoddy workmanship and rectify a design flaw from the original construction, especially considering the increasing snowfall we've experienced in Lake Oswego over recent years. C&V Roofing confidently addressed these challenges.
When the project commenced, the C&V team was a well-oiled machine. They impressively tackled our entire 4,200 square foot roof in just four days. This timeframe included replacing all the vents, expertly fixing the ongoing snow and valley issues that had plagued us, and meticulously correcting multiple problem areas on our patio roof that the last roofer had either missed, skipped entirely, or didn't know how to address.
The entire project was completed on time and, importantly, on budget. The final result is not only structurally sound but also looks fantastic.

We discovered a leak in our roof in the midst of a very rainy season. C&V Construction were prompt in coming out to give us an estimate, and were able to start our project right away to prevent any further damage.
