PEC does quality framing, siding, roofing, and window/door work. We've used them for several of our jobs. Phillip is good to work with and always takes care of any issues or corrections in a timely manner. They are usually a little over budget, but the quality is often worth it.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
PEC Construction’s pricing is based on labor, materials, project scope, and site conditions. Estimates reflect the cost to complete the work correctly, safely, and to code.
A deposit is required to secure scheduling and materials. Changes to the scope, material selections, or unforeseen conditions may result in additional costs and will be approved in advance.
Pricing may include permit fees, disposal costs, inspections, or specialty materials. Material prices are subject to market availability.
We do not compete on being the cheapest—our pricing reflects licensed, insured, high-quality workmanship with clear communication and no hidden fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a consultation and site visit to understand your project. You’ll receive a clear estimate and scope of work. Once approved, we schedule the project, complete the work to code, and finish with a final walkthrough.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We maintain all required Oregon CCB continuing education and stay current on building codes, safety requirements, and industry best practices.
