Introduction: My experience with yoga has been vast and varied. I am deeply committed to the therapeutic elements of yoga and have worked with an array of people with acute injuries and chronic conditions ranging from sports related to scoliosis, arthritis, stroke recovery, etc. I am so grateful to my incredible teachers for instilling in me the beautiful truth of yoga... there is no universal perfection, no one-size fits all approach to physical health and mental peace. I love being an instrument in peoples' search for a healthier and more holistic approach to life. The transformative power of yoga is exciting to witness. As people begin to get to know their bodies better, they become more accepting and positive toward their own incredible abilities. It is a joy to be a part of.
