While the DJ was friendly and he did attend the rehearsal to make sure he knew the run through there were many things that did not go right although it may have been equipment error and not user error but I didn't take the time to find out. The music/Mic cut in and out and when I was ready to walk the wrong song was played and then it either skipped or was restarted during my walk. I didn't hear half the songs I provided. So all in all it wasn't terrible but it could have been better.

Im sorry for the tech error, We always try to make things happen as perfect as humanly possible. But things happen. Errors that happen I do take very personal and it weighs very heavy on me, I do beat myself up about things like that. The mic cutting out was a distance thing and Charley carried around the Mic in his pocket pretty much all through the delay with the switch turned on to announce what was going on during the wait. So the battery went low. I should have thought about that and traded out Mic's with him. The music glitch I have to take the blame for. The computer rearranged the song line up for the two songs. I usually have it lined up and just go straight down the list and its right. But not this time and I have to apologize for that. Every single song you provided me was play'd some more than once. They were play'd while you were taking photos down and hill, here and there. So all your songs were play'd. Im sorry you feel we didn't do a good job for you, certainly not my intention. From the minute we hired him to the hours before the wedding he kept in constant contact, which was amazing to the hectic bride, he helped walk us through how everything would go, his music selection was perfect. He was an amazing addition to our day. Very sweet and friendly. No equipment problems what so ever. He also traveled over an hour to our venue. Great service. Would hire again in a heartbeat!
