- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Current Specials going through Aug. 31, 2022- Any recurring client referral that results in a new client booking receives %15 off their next session. All new clients receive %15 off their first session. Year-round special- Recurring Cleaning Package clients earn 15% off every 5th cleaning session. Rates I believe being straightforward with my rates and services at the start is the best practice to ensure our clients are never surprised by the cost. I provide all cleaning equipment and supplies for my services unless requested to use clients' specific cleaners. I also can provide discounted rates for organizational products for my organization service clients, which the client determines as what they need to keep and maintain their space once I organize it. Cleaning Package Our cleaning package is offered as one service or on a recurring schedule based on availability. The client is billed immediately at the end of their session. I provide this service at a flat rate based on the size of the home and the number of rooms to be cleaned. Each includes the living space and kitchen areas. My rate stays the same regardless of the cleaning your home needs (within reason). I understand that life happens sometimes, and your home may be a little messier than usual; I do not charge extra for this. One bedroom, one bath $80 Two bedroom, one bath $100 Two bedroom, two bath $120 Three bedroom, one bath $120 Three bedroom, two bath $140 4-5 bedroom, two bath $160-$180 I run a year-round special for our recurring clients- Every 5th cleaning service is 10% off. Cleaning by the Hour Do you not need your whole house cleaned? Cleaning services by the hour may be the best selection for you. With this service, you provide a specific set of tasks you need me to do during the allotted time you give me. $25/hr for standard cleaning requests* *2-hour minimum for this service. Airbnb Turn-overs Have a vacation rental but don't always have the time to clean or maintain it? I can help! This service has become one of my specialties and is currently one of my highest client requests. Price Varies* *Pricing on Turn-Overs varies based on the size of the Airbnb and the tasks you need provided. Once I have a consult with you, I set an exact price for your turn-over service regardless of how clean (or messy) your guests leave it. Move-Out, Extra Deep Clean, Professional / Residential Organization Due to these services needing to be specifically designed for your needs, these services require a consultation/walk-through and are priced accordingly. These services are priced by the hour: $32/hr. for Move-Out/Extra Deep Cleaning $37/hr. for Organizational Services (Extra Deep Cleaning is included) The process: You will be quoted how many hours I believe the service will require after your consult. After providing my clients a quote that is the price of your service, regardless if it takes longer than your original quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a client is interested in using my services, I will send them a contact form. On the contact form, the client will be able to select which service(s) they are interested in. If it is a standard cleaning package, we can schedule your first session. You will be provided a service agreement (this protects you and myself) prior to your session. This allows you to give me any extra information I may need to best meet your needs. For other services, I will reach out to set up a free consultation based on the client's and my availability. After the consult, I will quote the client. If you agree with your quote, I will get your project or session scheduled asap.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a mother of 3 who keeps a well-kept home, I have over 16 years of cleaning experience unprofessionally. Professionally, I worked for Merry Maids for two years, from 2007-to 2009, as a deep cleaner part-time while getting established in the medical field. I spent 15 years in the medical field, 10 of those years were spent as a Care Manager where I learned how to organize and run an office efficiently. This allowed me to learn the processes of how to set up an office and its systems/program to ensure time was never wasted.
