Jeff from Pipeline Connections was so professional and courteous. He texted when en route, and when I didn't respond after several minutes, he called to ensure I knew his exact arrival time. Jeff was able to diagnose and fix our leak in just a few minutes. He also let us know that bathroom vanity with sink that was installed prior to us buying our home was not up to code. He let us know what it would take to bring it to code and provided a quote. That was above and beyond our request of the day. During the entire process, he was so very respectful and courteous. Quality, fair prices, and great communication. We will use Pipeline Connections and Jeff again.

Jeffrey was extremely helpful when I needed help reinstalling a toilet after the person I had hired no showed. He came out early the next morning (even offered to come the same evening!), was punctual, kind, professional, and did a very thorough and excellent job.
