The phrase above and beyond, is much overused in the modern day, but I cannot think of a better way to describe how Marc Zimmerman and his team from Alamo Paving went about delivering on this project.Marc was easy to contact, responsive, patient with my never ending questions, happy to explain processes and design solutions in a way I could understand. We extended the scope of the original estimate and Marc took it in his stride.The weather was challenging, we were happy to wait for the right conditions, and as the weather improved a dozen Alamo workers descended at 0730, they were courteous, professional and focused on delivering a great driveway. Done by 2pm.Marc and his team used their experience and expertise to meet and surpass our expectations, deployed creative solutions to the projects surprises, no mess, no fuss, no drama.If you need asphalt, dont hesitate to contact Alamo Paving, they really do deliver.

Very impressed with the asphalt work that Alamo did at our house. Mark and his crew were able to find solutions to some surprises discovered during the job, like old concrete under the gravel driveway. Alamo was professional and efficient from start to finish, and we are really happy with the new driveway.

We live on one of those little lanes that the city of Portland controls, but will not maintain. So we recently had Alamo pave 250 feet of a severely potholed section of our street. And every step of the way they got back to us promptly. They provided a reasonable bid that they stuck to. The paving looks excellent even artistic with some of the curves they did. Mark Zimmerman coordinated with us every step of the way, had patience with the herding cats aspects of coordinating with our group of neighbors to complete the project. Thank you, Mark. It was a pleasure working with you.
