Bella Vita provides expertise in many different aspects of your event planning needs - from budget preparation, to decor selection, to bartending. We don't ONLY focus on the full event planning process as most event planning companies do, but we also offer selective services based on your needs. Do you have everything planned, but need a bartender for your upcoming wedding reception? We have certified, trained bartenders we gladly connect you with. Do you want to plan the majority of your event, but need assistance with finding the right distributors to purchase/rent decor or rentals from? We can help! Do you want to plan your own event, but haven't found the perfect venue yet? We can assist you with finding the right venue for your unique event within your budget range. My favorite part about my job is the moment when everything comes together. Seeing the smiles and enjoyment on the host and guests faces, and the realization that they are a part of a memory that will last a lifetime, is priceless.

Lindsay was wonderful to work with pre wedding. She was informative and incredibly helpful in regards to what I should bring in the way of ice and beverages. Due to an emergency she had to send another bartender last minute. He was charming, quick and reliable. GREAT service and GREAT prices.

Working with Lindsay has been a great experience. She is very responsive and her team has been a great help to us as we planned our beer garden for a public event. Her bartenders have been first rate, very responsible and great with our attendees! We will gladly refer her company...and already have.

Bella Vita ended up canceling their services for insurance reasons. They gave me several months notice which is nice and referred me to another bartender. Just worrisome because my wedding is on a busy weekend.

FAQs

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't believe I have a complicated pricing system for my services, but I do price out each event/client individually, to make sure they are getting the most for their dollars and because every event or client need is uniquely different.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely! I am constantly seeking to further educate myself in my area of expertise, and am often provided educational opportunities through the Event Planners Association, Portland Business Alliance, and collaborating with other event planning companies in the Portland Metro area to assist one another on events (so I can learn from others' expertise as well).
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love helping people. I truly enjoy working with my hands, and weaving the pieces of event planning together to create a beautiful, enjoyable, memorable event. I have a degree in Psychology (as well as Business Administration), and have always enjoyed listening to my clients vision, and assisting them in bring that vision to life.
