The technician, Jon, arrived promptly and fixed my heating system -- the same day I inquired to have someone come! Not only was my heater successfully repaired, but Jon was pleasant and patient and answered all my various questions (I always have a lot of questions) and, at my request, showed me the sequencing of how my furnace actually works. He also noticed that my air filters were filthy -- something I should have detected myself! Fortunately I had clean replacements. Now I know to replace them every few months rather than once every year or two (!!). Anyway, the whole thing felt like a wonderful experience. Outstanding value, terrific service, and Jon is an exemplary gentleman in addition to being a skilled technician. I couldn't be happier.

I’m really blown away by the high-level of service and expertise that Jon provided. I had a pipe burst in the middle of the night, and it ended up affecting my furnace, which shut off. The streets were covered in ice, and no one could get anywhere, so Jon worked with me over FaceTime to fix the furnace so that we could get heat back right away. He was calm, patient, and very knowledgeable. In less than an hour we had our heat back on. Thank you very much to Jon for the exceptional service.

Our friends got their home unit serviced by No Ka Oi and mentioned they were running an install special. We requested a quote and they were quick to come out and give an estimate. We accepted their bid and replaced our furnace and installed AC just in time for the summer heat. Happy with the process. Jon was quick to respond to our inquiry. Price was competitive with other bids.
