- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer upfront, flat-rate pricing with no hidden fees. All estimates are free, and we provide multiple system options so you can choose what fits your home and budget. We also run seasonal promos, including $89 furnace tune-ups, up to $1000 off furnace installs, and up to $3,000 off full system replacements. Financing options are available, including 0% plans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a quick phone call to learn about your system and schedule a convenient time to come out. When we arrive, we do a full diagnostic or replacement assessment, explain every finding clearly, and give you several solutions at different price points. Once approved, our team provides next-day installs and ensures everything is cleaned up and running perfectly before we leave.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team is fully licensed, insured, and trained in HVAC installation, service, diagnostics, airflow design, and equipment sizing. We stay up-to-date on the newest high-efficiency furnaces, heat pumps, and ductless systems to ensure our customers get the best technology available. Combined our team has over 40 years of experience.
