What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices for my jobs is based on that I am an owner operator, I don't have salesman and I don't subcontract like big companies. I set my prices in the way I see the projects and how detailed the work is and how difficult I see it. I do all my project since the first day I see the customers until the last day I finish the job and show it to the customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Have clear and honest communication with my customers and do walk through together before and after finishing the project
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am the owner of this business am lead paint renovator with certification I passed the test and I'm also the RMI that means I passed the exam in order to be a contractor. I'm also an owner operator and I do all my work without subcontracting.
