This was the best moving experience I have ever had! Communication was smooth and easy. Pricing was clear, no unexpected up charges , very reasonable and worth every penny. Blaine and Richie arrived on time and FULLY prepared for whatever may be needed to get the job done. They worked efficiently and quickly while demonstrating care for my belongings as well as preventing any accidental damage to walls, doors, etc. I was also very impressed with the professionalism they showed when we ran into some in accommodating, dare I say rude, people while trying to position the truck for loading.I would strongly recommend Redefyne Moving & Storage to anyone considering using a moving company without any hesitation.

Excellent company. I tried to book with another company, but bookings were too far out and they actually recommended Redefyne Moving. I called them and someone answered right away, named Andrew, who was very professional, warm, and courteous and who did a quote for me right then and there. I scheduled our move for a week and a half off. The day before the move, Dylan called and texted to confirm and give me and ETA. The morning of, I received a text when they were 40 minutes away, and it was right on time with their original ETA. The guys who came, headed by Miguel, were sweet, easy to deal with, and worked hard. It was seamless. The price in the end was a little higher than quoted, but it was because the elevators in both places were very slow, so it was out of their control, since they charge by the hour. During the move, their boss, Dylan, showed up at the place I was moving my mom to just to check to make sure they were doing a good job, had lain down the proper protection, and to give me a little token gift. He made sure I didnt have any more questions or concerns. He told me then that he thought the quote would be on the higher end if not over because of the elevators, so there was clear communication throughout. I was very happy with the entire process from start to finish and I would highly recommend hiring this fantastic local company.

Our experience with Redefyne Moving was phenomenal. My husband and I booked them to help us move from our 3-bedroom apartment. The whole process was incredibly easy and straightforward, with no hidden fees or upcharges. Our moving crew had three people, Blaine, Tyler, and Richard. They arrived promptly on time and were very well equipped to handle whatever the job required. They were all very friendly and courteous and took extra care to ensure that our belongings were safe and protected in transit. They even made every possible effort to honor our special requests regarding packing and handling. I was amazed at how efficient the whole process was; these people are incredibly hard-working, dedicated, and professional. We are very grateful for the moving help and are so happy to have the job done in a single day. Do not hesitate to book with Redefyne Moving, they provide great service that is worth every penny.

Blaine, Sam and Tyler were an excellent moving crew. They were on time, they were efficient, they were very careful with packaging & moving irreplaceable antiques, & they were cheerful & professional.Redefyne wasnt the least expensive (nor the most) of those we researched, but Andrew immediately impressed me by actually hearing my concern about moving an extremely fragile item & he addressed it thoroughly.He also immediately responded to questions. Communication from the moving crew was also top notch. We were never at a loss to know exactly the timing to expect. Tyler, Sam, Blaine were, additionally, very considerate & conscientious of extraneous issues I wouldnt necessarily have anticipated them to inquire about or bother with, but certainly further eased the stress of moving.I was not impressed by Dylan, the Operations Manager, who introduced problems where none existed, increasing the stress, by stepping in at the last minute to try and hustle us into changing our move date, then time, completely deaf to the strict parameters Andrew had listened to & applied when we had scheduled with him.
