- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. At least 30 hours of continuing education every 2 years and renewing license every 2 years. Besides the 30 hours we are members of NARPM and adhere to a strict code of ethics.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was previously in Retail Management and successful however I became tired of the hours through weekends and holidays. I decided to get my Property Management license and take over managing some properties for family as I was raising my young children. The business just grew from there over the years.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I would say just to ask a lot of questions. I want my clients to feel comfortable and secure in their decision to hire us to manage their property.
