About
I have cleaned and maintained roof's & gutters as a licensed contractor myself since 1984. I use the state-of-the-art, specially calibrated roof cleaning equipment for asphalt fiberglass shingles roofs. This Roof Shampoo™ system of cleaning out-performs the old wand cleaning or wire brush methods that other roofers use. I don't have to walk all over the roof like other roof cleaning companies causing more granule loss. My customers are thoroughly impressed with this water cleaning system. The end result is amazing especially if you're selling your home and want that curb appeal.I mostly clean residential roofs but I have cleaned the Shilo Inn roofs as far as Casper, Wyoming.
I am licensed with the Oregon Construction Contractors Board, Bonded and Insured. Many roof cleaners are not licensed with the CCB and therefore are not supposed to perform roof repairs. Roof maintenance is also very important with yearly gutter cleaning and roof loose debris removal as well as roof treatments that I offer.
AAA Action Fast Services, Inc. is the only roof cleaning company in Clackamas, Yamhill, and Tillamook counties that can utilize the CoEnvironmentally friendly roof cleaning process that is the Roof Shampoo™ system.
I enjoy knowing that I am cleaning roofs a safe and effective way for my customers and that I feel that there is no better way in doing so in that I have been cleaning roofs since 1984. Environmentally safe and because I do the work myself I can keep my prices more reasonable using this machine and pre-treatment solution. Due to the cleaning solution cost had I had people working for me I would have had to charge more than what I do now.
Seeing my customers smile once I've finished cleaning their roof and them thanking me for a job well done makes my day. I take check or cash.

Dennis is a real professional. He took photos and worked up a plan before making a bid. He worked like a youngster, even after dark up on our third level roof! I would heartily recommend his work to anyone needing roof or guttercleaning. He has a process whereby he actually scrubs the roof rather than using a power washer. He cleaned up every bit of debris. We will 100% use him again.

Thank you for your Testimonial, however the system for cleaning is with a power washer but not the conventional way and is much safer and much less messy then other power washing methods.

Hi Don, Thank you for letting me come back and perform some maintenance treatment for your roof being that it is under a tremendous amount of foliage with lots of lichen falling from the trees overhead all the time. Your roof looks great and can't wait to use it in my brochure advertisements. Sometimes I am even amazed as to how these roofs turn out after having like a lawn of moss on them.

This was my first time using Thumbtack. Dennis provided a quick and detailed response to my inquiry along with links to his website that included photos and videos of the work he performs. He stopped by my house the same day to provide me with literature of the method he uses and to get on the roof of my 3-story home to assess the moss and take photos. The following day i had a detailed photo .pdf of what work needed to be done along with a quote. I decided to hire him and the next day he stopped by with the contract and to unplug my downspouts that i doubt had ever been cleaned. Two days later (today) he performed the remainder of the job using his environmentally- and asphalt shingle-friendly method and all of the moss on my roof magically disappeared. He was here all day long and cleaned up after himself. Dennis is passionate about his work and i can tell he really cares about his performance and reputation based on the fantastic communication, fast service, and caring attitude. I will hire him to maintain my roof and would recommend him to anyone. Reasonably priced, excellent service, professional!

Dennis is very friendly, and by the time he was done treating our roof it felt like we'd been working with him for years. Very straightforward and thorough. Of the 5 bids I received, he was the only one that actually got up on the roof to look around and take some pictures before providing an estimate. From the time I confirmed his bid the job was done within 48 hours.

Work Ethic is the first thing that comes to mind when I think about my experience in hiring Dennis to de-moss my roof. He did a fantastic and thorough job and even though the job took much longer than he expected it to be, he made sure to let me know what was going on throughout the process and took great care to leave the premises clean. The roof looks great and I will certainly give him a call next time I need work done. Thanks!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It depends on the work needed!
Some people just want loose debris removed from roof and gutters, others want their roof treated for moss because they have very little on it and then others want the whole cleaning process of removing all the moss and roof debris from the roof and gutters.
Roof Shampoo cleaning starts $395 for small roofs depending on the size and pitch of the roof, how much if any repairs are needed, the pitch of the roof and how much clean up is needed? Some homes have a yard around their entire house while others have decks, patios, swimming pools, fish ponds, everything needs to be considered for a accurate estimate.
I also provide gutter debris removal and clearing off roof maintenance services that includes roof moss treatments that start at $125.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1). First inspecting the roof is vital to determine the work needed and to be able to offer a proper bid for work that I recommend.
2). Answer any questions that you might have about the work that I provide.
3). Schedule the job.
4). Confirm with the customer the day before I start that it's ok to start the work.
5). After the work is finished, confirm that you are happy with the work that I have performed for you and that the clean up meets your expectations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hands on experience since the 1984 to the present. I have a college degree from Portland State University and use to teach but enjoy working my own business.
