Hire Dylan Ephrem and his team for your sealcoat projects. Dylan is competent, professional, courteous, and easy to work with. His team does excellent work with an eye for the detail. The job isn't rushed, and they leave the site clean and tidy. Above all, they provide excellent value for money. I highly recommend them.

Dylan and his crew were in the neighborhood and decided to ring our bell and then proceeded to point out our roof looked horrible. It did, needed some TLC. My wife and I debated about the cost he quoted us, as time are tough in our household and we decided to have the service done. The roof looks wonderful now and his crew cleaned up and left things as they were found. Great job guys.

Crown roofing did an excellent job on cleaning my roof and gutters highly recommend and their prices was very reasonable. and their warranties are great. Don’t have to worry about Moss growing back for a while I will be using them in the future for sure.

Dylan of Elite Prime Exteriors contacted us within hours of requesting bids for resealing the asphalt on our driveway, came to our property to talk about our project the same day, gave us a quote before he left, and scheduled the job to begin right away. He and his crew were professional, thorough, and communicated with us throughout the project. Our driveway looks great now, and we're so pleased we're having Elite come back to replace our culvert. We highly recommend them!
