Pastor Charlie was such a blessing to us. When my friend's dad who is a pastor wasn't able to perform our ceremony we were left scrambling to find someone. Being christians and wanting a christian wedding ceremony I didn't want to just pick any officiant. I was really hesitant to find someone online but we are so thankful for Pastor Charlie.
He is a wonderful man that has been married for many years and has a wife and children and grandchildren and also pastors a church.
We also had pastor charlie do counseling for us. We live far away so we did skype sessions. We didn't necessarily think we needed counseling because we thought we were really good at communication and we are both on the same page with everything about life but we really learned a lot from him and there were things that came up with family and stress of wedding planning that he really helped us get through. I think it was great for us to have someone removed from our circle of family, friends, and church, to counsel us because we could really open up and share things and discuss things with him.
He really got to know us and you can tell that he is doing this because it's really his heart to counsel people and not a job or for money. He has a lot of wisdom from his own life and wants couples to have the best Godly marriage possible.
Our ceremony was beautiful and even though he didn't know us previous to our counseling, he took the time to get to know us and no one at the ceremony would have known we just met him a few months prior. Seemed as if we had known him for years.
I would definitely recommend him. Out of all the people I researched in my area I found him to be the best honest, caring christian pastor for our ceremony.

My husband and I wanted to celebrate our 15 year Anniversary by renewing our vows with close family and friends to witness (since we were married by Justice of the Peace in Nevada). We only gave Charlie about 5 or 6 days notice since we were trying to get a friend or family member to officiate since we were already legally married. We asked that he perform a short and sweet ceremony with a ring blessing since we were keeping our original rings. He was so flexible and affordable! He made our ceremony so special and uplifting, and even made a funny comment or two right when everyone was about to cry! All of our family and friends said it was one of the most meaningful ceremonies they had ever seen. We would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for any type of services, since his fee would have been the same even if he had to complete all of the necessary paperwork for a legally binding ceremony! We will be requesting his services again next year for our second daughter's wedding when we have a date!

So far, I've met Charlie for a counseling session 2 times, and will continue, and although Charlie does a lot of weddings, he also counsels. I am seeing him for grief counseling on the loss of my precious husband. I find Charlie sincere, authentic in his faith, good listener, empathetic and easy to talk with. He prayerfully considers his suggestions offered to me. I am hopeful to believe he prays for me and my family to become strengthened, encouraged, and comforted as well. Really appreciate him.

My husband and I have both been unhappily married before so I wanted to do everything different from my dress to the setting. I wore red and black and we were in the beautiful Angeles National Forest at the Jackson Flats campground and Charles was the glue that made it all work the way it was meant to.
Charles managed to take the best day of my life and make it better. We had only met him one time before the wedding and he remembered things we had said about how we had met and spent time together and incorporated it into the ceremony.
I married my best friend and soul mate so it would have been right no matter what but Charles made it perfect and according to uninvited bystanders... "The Best Wedding Ever!"

Very uncomplicated. It all depends on how far I have to travel and how much time it will take as well as if I have to attend the rehearsal.
