- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We keep pricing simple and transparent. You’ll get a clear quote before we start — no hidden fees. We occasionally offer first-time customer discounts and package deals when multiple services are booked together. Our goal is fair pricing that matches the quality of work, not the lowest number that leads to shortcuts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a clear conversation about what needs cleaning and any concerns you have. Next we provide a straightforward quote with no surprises. On the day of service we protect surrounding areas, complete the work carefully, and do a final walkthrough with you before we leave. If anything isn’t right, we make it right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed specialized training in soft washing, roof cleaning, and surface-safe pressure washing techniques. We’ve also cleaned thousands of roofs and exteriors across the Portland metro, which has given us real-world experience handling the unique moss, algae, and weather challenges we get in the Pacific Northwest.
