FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe in providing clear, upfront pricing so our customers understand the cost before work begins. Service calls include a professional diagnostic to identify the cause of the problem, and any recommended repairs are presented for approval before proceeding. We also offer maintenance plans that provide additional savings and benefits for customers who want ongoing care for their HVAC systems. For larger repairs and equipment replacements, financing options may be available. Our goal isn't simply to offer the lowest price — it's to provide quality workmanship, reliable equipment, and repairs that are done correctly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by learning about your HVAC system and what you're experiencing so we can schedule the appropriate service. For repair calls, one of our technicians will inspect and diagnose the system, explain what was found, and provide repair recommendations and pricing before moving forward. For replacement or installation projects, we evaluate the existing equipment, home and installation requirements before preparing options. Once approved, our team coordinates the installation, startup and testing of the new equipment. We want customers to understand what we're recommending, why we're recommending it, and what to expect throughout the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has extensive hands-on experience in residential and light commercial HVAC service, repair, maintenance and installation. We stay current with manufacturer requirements, evolving HVAC technology, refrigerants, diagnostic procedures and industry best practices. Cedar Creek Heating & Cooling is a licensed, bonded and insured Oregon contractor, and our technicians work with a wide variety of heating and cooling equipment, including heat pumps, gas furnaces, air conditioners and ductless systems.
