I'd pick more from the list of what I liked if it let me. I greatly appreciate Gavin's wish turn around, quick appointment (most other landscapers in the are wouldn't even discuss a schedule for a few weeks) and reasonable price for the work done (most others wanted to charge a lot more). The end result on the cleanup and grading is better than I expected.

I was happy with Gavin’s rapid response and the job was very good. Pesky cleanup job was well taken care of and the price was pretty fair. Here is what’s also good: no pressure to make it a long term deal, he didn’t even ask. It took two days and there were a few minor delays, but cannot complain. Most pros don’t even bother calling back, so I was glad to hear from Gavin and his partner. Thank you! Will be hiring again!

Highly recommend G & S Landscaping. They did a great job cleaning up our front and back yard, trimming up the bushes and hedges, pruning the trees and weeding. They are a delight to work with and very professional.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With my pricing I try to include fees for fuel or if needed dump run fees in which case I bring back a receipt of the cost and include it in what other work has been done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to figure out what their budget is and see a time frame for the work to be done and what it will entail and cost.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 5 years of tree cutting, falling, and cleanup experience. As well as areas 7 years of machinery experience and have worked for landscape and timber companies where I ha e gained most of my experience.
