Introduction

I have been in Southern Oregon Coastal area for the last 5 years. I love being out here. I have a Bachelors of Science degree in Network Communications Management and over 25 years of experience as a business owner in the Construction and Network Communications fields. My Grandfather was an architect and engineer. He and my father subdivided our 120 acre ranch into five acre lots and built solar and energy efficient homes on several of them. Growing up working with both of them, my stint in the Army and several communications companies, I formed my own Property Developer/Networking company. I care about the people that come to me and their projects. I like solving problems in a practical way that meets the needs of my clients. I would love to help with your project.

This was a truly wonderful experience. The young men that came to my home were incredibly professional. I had a lot of furniture to arrange, and my pieces were large and terribly heavy; including difficult to maneuver. However, despite the difficulties these gentlemen navigated through the chaos with grace and precision. They cared about making sure nothing I owned was damaged. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I love research. I am constantly pouring over the latest information I can get my hands on. The Passive House Standard was the latest thing I have been looking into. I am fascinated by alternative energy. What a wonderful State to be in for solar and wind.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been a horse trainer and Army medic. I have a Bachelors of Science in Network Communications Management. I studied alternative energy at UCCS. My family sub-divided our ranch in Florence CO, Los Pinos, "The Pines". I grew up helping my Grandfather draft projects and my Dad build them. I have always come back to building because I love to create things that are practical and beautiful. I also like helping people. If I can make a living at it? Well that is an extra bonus.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Typically the design and build of features that update and enhance a home. If the home owner is the general contractor I give them leads in the areas I don't cover.
