I’m so happy with the high level of detail and care David put into our yard. We hired David for a landscape maintenance and clean up job. He did a full walkthrough with us and went over everything we talked about with the job request, and asked clarifying questions I had not even considered. Afterwards he asked us to look at it when he was done to make sure he took care of everything we wanted. It looks great. David is very thorough and professional. And clearly takes pride in his work. He exceeded my expectations and I look forward to hiring him again in the future.

I appreciated the quick response to my Thumbtack request for gutter cleaning. David was able to come out within a day to estimate (in person) and then perform the job within a day later. Price was fair and he offered pictures of before and after.

If the client does not speak Spanish, David has it well handled using a phone app that talks to his smart glasses. A two-way conversation in the language of each was very smooth. His English is passable otherwise.
