In short: Hire them. I initially contacted Visionary Builds to assess and rebuild my deck as I was prepping my house for sale. Since they offer a lot of interior and exterior services, they bundled together a quote for deck, carpet, wall & ceiling paint, baseboards plus a big list of handyman tasks (like readjusting a stuck door, replacing locks, installing & painting the underside of the deck overhang). They beat EVERY quote i’d received. Giovani was patient going over all the questions and details of the contract. Communication was great. On days I couldn’t come by, they sent photos. If they said they would be on site, they were there on time. Polite employees. They were on time and on budget with everything. As my main point of contact, Giovani was always on site working with his crew. Any picky little issue I pointed out was fixed asap. Easy, low stress experience for me. My realtor is impressed and will be recommending them to her clients.
