In short: Hire them. I initially contacted Visionary Builds to assess and rebuild my deck as I was prepping my house for sale. Since they offer a lot of interior and exterior services, they bundled together a quote for deck, carpet, wall & ceiling paint, baseboards plus a big list of handyman tasks (like readjusting a stuck door, replacing locks, installing & painting the underside of the deck overhang). They beat EVERY quote i’d received. Giovani was patient going over all the questions and details of the contract. Communication was great. On days I couldn’t come by, they sent photos. If they said they would be on site, they were there on time. Polite employees. They were on time and on budget with everything. As my main point of contact, Giovani was always on site working with his crew. Any picky little issue I pointed out was fixed asap. Easy, low stress experience for me.

My realtor is impressed and will be recommending them to her clients.

We had such a great experience. They provided a very reasonable quote to finish painting our vaulted stairwell. They were able to schedule the work on the next business day and had it completed in just a couple of hours. They were all very nice and professional. Would hire again.

Details: Home • 1 room • Trim • Walls • Over 14 feet (lofty ceiling) • Repainting, with same color • Excellent - clean and smooth • Homeowner or property manager • No, this is not new construction • No, I will move things out of the way myself

Amazing and quick service for the flooring in my bathroom; they even had a military discount! Will definitely be calling again for more work in the future!

They completed the work incredibly quickly and always checked in with me to make sure I was satisfied with the work. The area I needed painted was incredibly complex and the sanding was exemplary.

Details: Home • 1 room • Walls • Ceiling • 8 - 10 feet (standard ceiling) • Repainting, with a color change • Poor - major repairs needed • Homeowner or property manager • No, this is not new construction • No, I will move things out of the way myself

We were very pleased with our experience. The thing that we were most impressed with was their concern that we were happy with the quality of their work. In the future, if we have a job that needs done, we are calling them first!

Details: Home • Two stories • Just touch-ups • 500 - 1,000 sq ft • Wood • Bare wood • Peeling or flaking paint • Owner
