We recently hired Kay Construction to restore and refinish our front and side decks, as well as repaint the chimney trim and siding. I couldn’t be more impressed with the results. Cesar went above and beyond. He carefully reset fasteners, performed a thorough sanding, and applied Varathane Dark Walnut stain that brought out the natural grain and richness of the wood. The finish is smooth, consistent, and makes both decks look fantastic. On the chimney side, he nailed the color match to our house siding and trim, a detail that shows how much pride he takes in doing things right. He was on time, respectful, and extremely detail-oriented. Cesar protected the surrounding areas, cleaned up completely, and communicated clearly throughout the job. He’s the kind of contractor you want to work with: honest, skilled, reliable, and friendly. If you're looking for quality craftsmanship without shortcuts, Kay Construction is the real deal.
