Not really sure what happened. He did a great job on one of my other properties and then I get a text saying his lawn mower broke down mid way through the next house and he just left. Hasn’t answered me since. Super weird situation but the quality of what he did do was fine.

Came out to look at the yard that needed sod installed. Said he would email a couple of quotes. Never received anything. I messaged him asking for an update and never responded back.
