FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What clients should know about pricing is the availability of seasonal discounts—spring, fall, summer, and winter. Most companies offer special rates during those times, and clients should be aware of these opportunities. I personally provide promotional offers throughout all seasons of the year.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with a new client begins with arriving at their home with respect, greeting them properly, and asking what they need, why they want the work done, and how they would like it to be completed. I take the time to listen carefully, and then offer professional advice based on my experience—only if they want it. If the client requests ideas or recommendations, I provide them; if not, I follow their instructions exactly as requested. Throughout the entire process, I always strive to be courteous and respectful.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The education I have acquired in this field comes primarily from my hands-on experience. My experience is my foundation of knowledge. In addition, I have completed several training courses—such as courses on plant pruning, courses focused on enhancing the quality of my work, and courses on improving communication skills to provide a more professional and effective interaction with clients.
