In the past, we have done our own power washing, but decided that it was too much for us right now. It would take my husband many hours and days working with our Home Depot cleaner. The difference with Francisco's company was remarkable. The equipment is larger and more powerful- and also does a much better and faster job. We had both delicate areas (like expensive new decking) and large, very dirty/mossy areas like our driveway and patios. Everything was cleaned appropriately and thoroughly. Our plants were treated with care. That they cleaned up and disposed of the large, icky piles of moss that were blown off was icing on the cake- and next-level professional. We were left with only what we wanted, clean outdoor spaces in good condition! Note, I am very particular, and our neighbor asked if he could eat off our driveway now ;-) So yes, we broke down and paid for power washing, are glad we did it, and will take this task off our list in future.
