- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
What is the price of health? Its really a rhetorical question and not one that even I can answer. That said I have several programs to choose from and many FREE resources. Because my most popular weight-loss program includes a month's worth of food, many clients find they even SAVE money each month or its about the same as their current grocery bill. In my Breakthrough To You coaching program, I work with you intensively for 4-6 weeks to create a breakthrough in the area of life you have chosen and most clients choose to add 1-3 months of integration coaching to ensure long lasting change. This program is $1500 - $3500 depending on the package chosen and includes resources you can use on an ongoing basis after our time together ends.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When you first reach out to me I will send you a link to my calendar to book at time to chat. In that first call I will ask you questions about your goals, dreams, current obstacles and habits. From there I will recommend a program. At the end of the call you can select which program you want or if you'd just like to be added to my healthy tips email list. I also have a private FB group so I'd like to be friends on FB too!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors in Social Work and led training and development as a Human Resources Manager in the natural foods industry. I am familiar with vegetarian, gluten free, organic, whole foods lifestyle and eating. I have a 5 acre farm where we grow vegetables and plant starts and host a small farmer's market and other events. I am also Certified Master Practitioner in Time Line Therapy®, Hypnosis, NueroLinguistic Programming (NLP), Somatic Body, Meditation, Reiki Independent Certified Optavia Habits of Health Wellness Coach Graduate of Landmark Worldwide Team Management and Leadership II Program
