- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't charge per hour, I charge per item. most of the time that's cheaper for the customer and I don't have to worry about working slow to make enough money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to hash everything out before I arrive and that way when I do arrive it's quick and to the point.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have four years of college related to IT work and 10 years of Customer service experience including freelancing.
