Kelly was very professional and responsive to all of my questions. She was delayed slightly by the terrible ice and snow (who wouldn't be in Portland?) but was extremely communicative about her time frame so I could plan my day. I appreciated how relaxed my dogs were after their baths/grooming with Kelly since they are generally nervous nellies; they just relaxed on the floor of the van while we chatted and scheduled our next appointment. Kelly was very knowledgable and confident and took her time with my pups. I highly recommend Kelly for all your mobile grooming needs!

Kelly was fantastic and did an excellent job on my miniature schnauzer, Stanley! Stanley is a difficult groom, but Kelly was up for the task and was very professional throughout the process! I highly recommend!

Kelly was prompt with our initial communications and flexible with scheduling the appointment. She arrived on time (even a little early) and was great with my dogs even though the smaller one was super hyped up when she first arrived. I thought things would take a while but she was actually pretty quick. Both dogs look and smell very nice!
