What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Rock Nest Training and Pet Care offers a variety of services: Dog Walking, Private Consultation, and Group Dog Classes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors of Science, earned from the University of Oregon. I earned a Certification of Professional Dog Trainer (CPDT-KA) in 2004. This certification requires continuing education to stay active. This means my clients receive cutting edge training and care for their pets.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Because you are trusting your most precious items to a professional, make sure that professional has proper licensing and insurance, has an education in pet training and pet care, and uses only positive methods.
