I have never had cleaning services before, but I just couldn't keep up after my 4th child. I worried about costs as well as having a stranger in my home.
Carlie are responsive from the beginning. She took the time to understand my needs, and what I needed help cleaning.
Once she walked through and we both understood what she was going to clean and her rates, she worked quickly and did a good job, (she even interacted nicely with the kids who constantly asked her what her name was and what she was doing, etc.).
One thing I would like to add is that she cleaned my walls. Even they they probably didn't need it, to me they were horrible and covered with fingerprints. So, responsive to my concern, she cleaned them like they were the dirtiest thing in my house.

We charge a flat rate fee vs an hourly rate
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always do a walk through to meet face to face and tour the home prior to scheduling any jobs. This provides us the opportunity to meet the client and start a healthy business relationship.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was originally a stay at home mom looking to help provide for my family. A friend introduced me into the cleaning world and I fell in love.
