I cannot say enough amazing things about this company! They installed a new furnace, new thermostat, and a new breaker for us, and the entire experience was absolutely exceptional from beginning to end. Teresa was beyond awesome — professional, detailed, incredibly sweet, and in constant communication throughout the entire process. She was respectful, helpful, and truly on top of everything. We never once felt out of the loop. Every step was explained clearly, timelines were honored, and the workmanship was outstanding. Out of all the companies I’ve ever worked with in any industry, this has been the BEST experience by far. If I could give more than 5 stars out of 5, I would give them a trillion stars ⭐️ They were simply amazing. I only wish every company operated with this level of professionalism, care, and integrity. Leathers replaced our 40 year old AC system in one day. Everything looks great! Lowell did a much neater job installing the new system than was done on our original system. He came out quickly to give us an estimate, the estimate was very reasonable, and he scheduled and did the work promptly. Also, he did not try to pressure me to replace my furnace (which is working fine) at the same time or up sell me on a higher-efficiency and more costly AC system than I needed. I will use Leathers for any future heating or air conditioning needs, and will recommend them to my friends.
