- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
pricing is reasonable, will work with customers budget. 5% senior or vet discounts offered. 5% discount when you pay with cash or check.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Collect as much information as possible regarding their issue. if I can help them out over the phone, will do with no problem. if the problem is not something that can be resolved over the phone I suggest a visit, informed them of the diagnostic fee and if we come to an agreement; I scheduled them for a diagnostic visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in this trade almost 9 years now. I took a 4 year apprenticeship at chemeketa community college for HVAC/R. I do posses a HVAC/R journeyman license, LEB license, EPA universal and brazing license.
