Even if you have a planner, I work in conjunction with them to make sure the day is the best ever.
My exclusive Online Tools allow you to set the Timeline of events for your day (Dances, dinner, ect.) as well as the Planner to input the names of your bridal party and your contact information. Lastly, there is the Music Selection Area where you can search my vast library of music to select your "Must Play", "Try To Play", and the most important "Do Not Play" lists.

From the beginning, Will was so great and professional. Right off the back, he had scheduled a phone call (since my husband and I live a ways away) and we had talked for over an hour. Great sense of humor, personality, and all around knew everything when it came to djing. I had no idea how much actually went into this.
During the year, Will answered all my questions via-email, phone, text, etc. I really appreciated when I had so many things to do and he was so patient with my timeline.
During the event itself, Will was great. Always checking in and just being able to read the crowd and then adapt accordingly. The day we got married was a whopping 96' (it was during Oregons heatwave) but somehow he was able to get people dancing and having fun.
I highly would recommend Will, and really appreciate how far and above he went to make our day special.

DJ Will was awesome and helped make our wedding amazing!! Firstly, we were probably not the easiest wedding for him to work with, we booked pretty late and had a lot going on outside of wedding planning! Regardless, Will was able to put together a custom mash-up song for our father- daughter dance which turned out PERFECT!! He checked in with me multiple times throughout the reception and picked the right music for different times in the night. PLUS, he was willing to stay for 3 EXTRA HOURS and keep our party going which was totally amazing!! Everyone (especially us!) had a super wonderful time at our wedding!! Thank you DJ Will!!!
(Just to clarify, you of course need to pay the man for the extra time, but we were so happy that he was even willing to stay that late unplanned!)

This was an awesome service. The music was exactly what I’d asked for which meant we never wanted to leave the dance floor. And others were made comfortable enough to get up & dance too. The DJ was great at taking requests but following the hosts instructions of what to play & what not to play. The space at my party was small but he utilized it well so that it felt big with plenty of space for his equipment & dancers. The volume was just right as were the lights. I didn’t get a single comment that it was too loud. My guests & I had a blast. I would definitely hire Audio To-Go again in the future. So very pleased with the service.

It was so nice having Will DJ our wedding! He was so attentive to our guests, reading the crowd and checking in with us from time to time. He played all of the right songs at the right time, knowing when to fade out our first dance and invite others out on to the dance floor. We were really impressed with his online system - letting us request songs in advance and have all of our notes in one easy to use spot. We were so happy that we found him. Thank you SO much!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to do an in-person of phone interview with the couple before we do a contract. This way I can take the time to answer all of their questions. They also get a feel for my personality and how I utilize the over 500 Events I've performed at to make sure their event....is THE EVENT!!!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am constantly researching industry magazine and the internet for that next big thing that I can incorporate into my successful business..
