- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give a free estimate which includes all prep work, painting and clean up. Each job varies on the type of work that is needed. I charge for time and materials.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will come to your location, inspect the premises, ask about your needs and give recommendations on prep and process. Afterwards, I will send you a quote in which you can accept or ask questions and get clarifications if needed. After accepting the quote, I will schedule with you a start date. When project is complete, you will have a final walk through for approving. I will then send an invoice and will expect payment within a week. I guarantee my workmanship.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years of professional painting experience, including residential interiors, exteriors, and commercial projects. I was trained in proper prep work, application techniques, and finishes through years of on-the-job experience. I stay up to date with new paint products and methods through supplier trainings and industry resources, and I maintain all necessary safety knowledge to ensure high-quality results on every project.
