FAQs
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I photograph people, places and products mostly. I spend a lot of time shooting photos of beer cans and plastic caps in the studio. When I'm on location it's to photograph a specific item like a machine or product that can't be moved into the studio for some reason or another. It's also quite common for me to load up my 'mobile portrait studio' and shoot corporate head shots on-location. People are busy and it's very hard to require someone to come to my location all the time. Lastly, I love to get out and photograph people, in their element, doing what they love. It feeds me to see people enjoying their craft, their work or just their surroundings.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Photographers can be finicky. Technical knowledge often provides a false sense of security. Hiring a technically proficient photographer doesn't ensure a quality end-product. If a photographer still rubs you the wrong way after a few conversations consider another option. Ultimately you need to be able to have an open conversation to achieve the highest quality at the finish line.
